• Online multiple choice theory exams
• Practical exams

Course outcomes

Once you have successfully completed your course to become a fully qualified gym instructor, you will be given the opportunity to start your sign up and application for gym instructor roles, supported by your course tutor. You will also become eligible to progress to the Active IQ Level 3 personal trainer course. The Level 3 course entails an advanced version of the modules you have previously completed, including anatomy and physiology, periodised exercise plans and medical conditions.
